                      at the 2012 Vancouver Relay Kick Off January 19th!

EASY AS 1 - 2 - 3 … just participate in the 3^rd Annual Kick Off “SILENT AUCTION”

Silent Auction “WHEN & WHERE”?
Where:	St. John Lutheran Church 11005 NE Highway 99 Vancouver, WA	When:	At Kick Off!! January 19, 2012 6:00pm – 6:30pm

Kick-off will be loads of fun this year - and enhancing the fun, the excitement

AND THE FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

will be our

SILENT AUCTION!!!

How to participate in the Kick Off Silent Auction:

Just like at the relay, you let us know you want to participate by:

1)     completing the silent auction form (available at monthly meetings & on Relay website);

2)     return your completed form to Sharon by 1.13.12 to be listed in the program and fax: 360.859.4502 or email: relaysilentauction.vancouver@gmail.com; we will take forms until the 18^th but if received after the 13^th they won’t be in the program;

3)     bring your item or basket (display-ready) to the Kick Off by 5:30 pm (or make arrangements with Sharon to have it picked up before the 19^th);

4)     bidding will take place before and after the event;

5)     bidders will be able to write a check, use a credit card or spend cash, and then take the item(s) with them;

6)     You (or, your team) will get credit for the sale of your item ………  Your 2012 Relay Fundraising is underway …. Easy as 1 - 2 – 3!!!

There aren’t many rules, but we do ask that you let us know about the item or items you will have in the silent auction by completing the form prior to the event.  This way we can make sure we have enough tables set-up, etc.
